About Duane R. Miller
Duane R. Miller brings more than four decades of U.S. Army service and senior leadership experience to defense strategy and national security innovation. As Deputy Commanding General of Security Assistance Group–Ukraine, he worked with Ukrainian forces and international partners to help turn urgent battlefield requirements into military capability.
His perspective connects operational experience with the decisions facing companies, investors, and allied leaders: which technologies matter, how forces adopt them, and what it takes to deliver at scale.
